6x4 Panoptic Challenge : Trongate 103

At the weekend I received first prize! (exclaimation mark because I thought the other entries were very good) in the Merchant City Festival "6x4 Panoptic Challenge".

I was also pleased that third place went to a student from the (fantastic) digital photography group I assist on Friday mornings. Well done Kim.

All entries are on display until today (Monday 25th) in Trongate 103.

The Role of Public Transport : Arriva Bus

Arriva (the bus people) have a photography competition running until 31st July 2011. For regional winners there's photography vouchers (from a well known photography chain) and a Sony dSLR for the national winner. All you have to do is send them photographs of (Arriva) buses at work in your local area, in a variety of settings.
