I was over at the Whitelee Windfarm at the weekend. Situated on Eaglesham Moor (20 miles from Glasgow) and with 140 turbines (generating 322MW of electricity) it's the largest onshore windfarm in Europe.
I walked some of the 90km of trails, took a few photographs and finished off with a great coffee in the Visitor Centre Cafe. Here's a few images from the day :
